Matthew Alcock is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Growth Officer at SustainSolar - Sustainable Solar Systems (Pty) Ltd. since February 2024. With a wealth of experience in the restaurant and technology sectors, Matthew serves as a Director at both Parliament Restaurant and Eatery JHB since 2015 and 2011, respectively. Previously, Matthew held multiple leadership roles at Standard Microgrid from June 2014 to January 2024, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Project Manager. Matthew obtained a Bachelor’s with Honours in Business Science from the University of Cape Town between 2003 and 2006 and is currently pursuing a Programme in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management through the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
