Richard Moulton

Richard Moulton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and private equity law. Since May 2003, Richard has served as Head of Corporate (International), Partner, and Head of Private Equity at Eversheds Sutherland. Prior to this, Richard worked at ASHURST as a solicitor from October 1998 to April 2003, and at SJ Berwin as an associate from September 1993 to September 1998. Richard holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science, which was completed between 1987 and 1990, and attended Stamford School from 1981 to 1987.
