Maru De Leon has over two decades of experience in project and training management, primarily with Sutherland Global Services since 2006, where Maru currently serves as a Senior Project Manager/Senior Transition Manager, leading implementations across various regions in LATAM, the Caribbean, and the US. Previous roles included Program Manager for ACE Insurance LATAM, with a focus on client relationship management and operational oversight, as well as Training and Quality Manager, where Maru developed training curricula and ensured high-quality performance. Earlier experience at Teleperformance Mexico involved supporting international training initiatives and managing high-performance teams. Maru holds an MBA and several bachelor's degrees in business administration, societal architecture, and education, showcasing a strong academic foundation in management and training.
