Deborah Kilpatrick

Deborah K. serves as the Executive Chair of the Board at Evidation, where innovative health measurement and research are prioritized with a focus on user privacy. Deborah K. also holds dual roles as co-CEO and Executive Chair of Sleep Number Corporation, overseeing strategies to enhance individual sleep solutions. Additional leadership positions include board memberships at Sutter Health, NextGen Jane, and The Task Force for Global Health, complemented by advisory roles at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign and Sonder Capital. As a co-founder of MedtechWomen, Deborah K. champions the advancement of women leaders in the medtech industry. Educational achievements include a PhD and MS in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a BS in Engineering Science & Mechanics, all from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
