Susie Baum

Susie Baum has a wealth of experience in the jewelry and retail industries. Susie began their career in 1999 as Principal of G & D Jewelry, Inc., a custom design and concierge jewelry business. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Operations, Owner, and Operations Consultant at Jewelry Repair Enterprises Inc DBA Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs. In 2008, they became an Adjunct Professor of Retailing at Mesa Community College. Finally, in 2015 they began their current role as Director of Business Development and VP of Customer Services at Sutter's Mill Specialties.

Susie Baum attended the University of Cincinnati from 1971 to 1973, studying Education. Susie then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Education at Cleveland State University from 1973 to 1975.
