Dr Will Gao

Dr Will Gao has a diverse work experience that includes various roles in the healthcare industry. Dr Will co-founded Suvera, a company focused on proactive and personalized healthcare for long-term conditions. Dr Will also co-founded Mindful Medic, aiming to support medical professionals in improving their mental health. Dr Gao has worked as an NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur and held medical intern positions at SYD (iamYiam) and HAVAS LYNX. Dr Will has been involved in enterprise and innovation as the Chairman of Enterprise and Innovation at UCL Medical Society and as the Healthcare Director of Moonshot Launchpad at UCL Entrepreneurs. Additionally, they have worked as a graduate researcher at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust, where they conducted research on pediatric patients. Dr Gao has also served as a medical school mentor and academic representative at University College London.
