Rajesh Puranik

Rajesh Puranik has extensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles related to product management and marketing. Rajesh began their career as a Product Marketing Manager at Legent, where they executed successful marketing programs. Rajesh then joined Cabletron as a Sr. Product Manager/Marketing Manager, responsible for defining product roadmaps and raising awareness of software capabilities. Rajesh went on to work at NextPoint Networks as a Director of Product Marketing, where they led marketing teams and achieved multiple industry awards. At Sycamore Networks, they held the position of Sr. Manager of Product Management and Marketing, overseeing the SN1600 SONET optical switch and supervising a product management team. Subsequently, Rajesh operated a family-owned import/wholesale business at Cynwyd Int'l Corp., managing multiple major accounts and navigating the challenges of the industry. Rajesh returned to the tech industry and joined Kronos Incorporated as a Sr. Product Manager, defining and leading cloud application projects for their HCM suite. Rajesh then worked at Ipswitch, Inc. as a Sr. Product Manager, developing roadmaps for Agile teams and leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at Reify Health before joining Suvoda as a Group Lead in Platform Product Management. Throughout their career, Rajesh has demonstrated expertise in product management, marketing, team leadership, and successful project implementation.

Rajesh Puranik holds an MBA in Information Systems/Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business (1991-1994). Prior to that, they completed a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (1982-1986). Rajesh has also obtained various certifications, including Data Analyst in Python and SQL and Databases: Advanced from Dataquest.io, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and DevOps Foundations from LinkedIn. Additionally, they have completed Intermediate Python and Agile Project Management Principles courses from Dataquest.io and LinkedIn, respectively. In 2018, Rajesh obtained certifications in Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum, and Cloud Computing Applications, Part 1: Cloud Systems and Infrastructure. In 2015, they completed courses on Cloud Computing Concepts: Part 2 and Cloud Computing Concepts from Coursera Verified Certificates. Finally, Rajesh obtained a certification in Practical Product Management from Pragmatic Marketing in 2012.
