Jay Shankar Jha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sales, supply chain, and logistics management across various industries. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Aerostar Helmets since December 2023, Jay oversees OEM business development and reports directly to the CMO/President. Previously, Jay held the role of National Sales Head at Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Ltd., focusing on spare parts sales and logistics operations. Other notable positions include National Head of Parts Sale Business at HUBER+SUHNER and Associate General Manager of Supply Chain Logistics & Parts Business at Kobelco Industrial Machinery India Private Limited. With an educational background including an MBA in Operations & Marketing Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Jay has also pursued advanced studies in logistics and supply chain management from various institutions.
