Eng. Joshua Gladstone

Joshua Gladstone, Eng. is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in technical leadership across multiple industries, especially in aerospace and propulsion. Currently serving as Technical Lead for Drive Systems at Svante since December 2022, Joshua previously held the position of Technical Lead – Static Structures at Actalent for nearly four years, where responsibilities included client collaboration, project management, and team supervision. Joshua's background also includes roles at EASi as a Thermal and Mechanical Integrity Analyst, as well as experience at MDA and Bombardier Aerospace in various engineering capacities. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace and Propulsion from Concordia University, complemented by a Certificate in Arts & Sciences in Mechanical Engineering.
