Greg Matheis

Greg Matheis has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting with a role as VP Commercial Lender and Retail Manager at Springs Valley Bank & Trust in 2013. Prior to this, they worked at Fifth Third Bank as AVP Financial Center Manager from 2009 to 2013, where they were responsible for branch operations, employee and customer relations, sales, and profitability. During their time at Fifth Third Bank, they achieved the President's Circle Winner award in 2010. Mr. Matheis began their career at HSBC in 1993, where they spent 10 out of 16 years as VP District Sales Manager, leading sales teams in multiple locations. Greg excelled in this role, receiving numerous awards and rankings including being ranked #1 in the entire US in 2003 and #3 in the US in 2006 with two different teams.

Greg Matheis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Greg also completed college preperation courses at Jasper High School from 1985 to 1988. Additionally, they have an Executive Leadership Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they earned from 2016 to 2018. Furthermore, they have completed the Graduate School of Banking program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Banking.
