Eva Andersson

Eva Andersson has had a range of roles within the nuclear fuel and waste management industry. Eva is currently the Acting Manager of Research and Development at SKB since December 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB starting in January 2019, including Head of Research and Post closure safety, Chef, and Chef för enheten Krav och Säkerhetsredovisning. Before joining Svensk Kärnbränslehantering AB, Eva worked at Swedish Nuclear Fuel and Waste Management Co as a Project Manager, focusing on safety after closure for the low and intermediate level waste repository SFR, as well as handling future human actions and surface related issues in safety assessments.

Eva Andersson pursued their education from 2001 to 2006 at Uppsala University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Aquatic Biology/Limnology.
