Karin Minehed

Karin Minehed has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-ansvarig at Svenska kyrkan since April 2020, where responsibilities include support to management, employee assistance, group development, labor law negotiations, and recruitment support, alongside participation in the leadership group. Previously, Karin held roles such as HR Consultant at Care of MINEHED, HR Manager at Francks Kylindustri AB, and various HR positions at SSAB, overseeing HR development topics, recruitment, and managerial programs. Earlier career experience includes consulting roles at Care of Minehed and Hifab, focused on policy work, development projects, and leadership training. Education includes studies at Försvarshögskolan, Svenska kyrkans arbetsgivarorganisation, and the University of Gothenburg.
