Birgitta Silfver

Birgitta Silfver is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in both operational and strategic personnel work. Currently serving as an HR Partner at Sveriges riksbank since May 2012, Birgitta has also held roles as an HR Consultant at Haninge kommun and Proffice Sverige AB, where responsibilities included competence development, recruitment, and conflict management.
