Johanna von Rosen has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Johanna started their career in 2004 as an Economist (monetary policy) at Sveriges riksbank, where they worked until 2009. Johanna then joined the Swedish Export Credit Guarantee Board (EKN) as a Country policy adviser for a brief period in 2008. Johanna returned to Sveriges riksbank in 2008 as an Economist (financial stability) and was promoted to Senior Economist in 2012. In their senior role, they oversaw financial infrastructure in Sweden, with a focus on CCPs and OTC derivatives. In 2015, Johanna became an Adviser at Sveriges riksbank, responsible for overseeing financial market infrastructure, particularly in the areas of CCPs and OTC derivatives. Johanna held this position until April 2018, when they were promoted to Head of Division. Currently, Johanna is leading a division at Sveriges riksbank. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Controller at Polismyndigheten i Skåne in 2004.
Johanna von Rosen pursued their education from 1998 to 2002 at Lund University, where they obtained an Internationell magister i nationalekonomi degree in the field of Nationalekonomi. In 2001, they briefly attended Aix-Marseille University, where they pursued a Masters of Economics degree with a focus on Trade theory and economic integration.
