Jaideep M.

Jaideep M. is an experienced creative professional with over 17 years of work experience. Jaideep has held various roles in the advertising industry, starting in 2003 as a Senior Art Director at Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide. In 2007, they joined McCann as a Creative Group Head and in 2008 they moved to Rediffusion Y&R as Creative Head. In 2010, they joined JWT as Vice President and Executive Creative Director and in 2012 they returned to Rediffusion Y&R as National Head (Art) and Executive Creative Director. In 2013, they joined Pickle Lintas Daiko/Linen Lintas (currently known as Mullen Lintas) as Executive Creative Director. In 2015, they returned to Rediffusion Y&R as National Creative Head and continued in this role until 2018. Since 2020, they have been a Co-founder of Svish and an Independent Creative Director.

Jaideep M. began their educational journey in 1977 at Hans Raj Model School in Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. Jaideep attended the school until 1991. In 1991, Jaideep M. began their studies at the College of Art in Delhi, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1995. Following their graduation, Jaideep M. attended the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi in 1995-1996, studying Surface Design.
