Kristina Kaguy

Kristina Kaguy's work experience includes holding the role of Business Development Associate at Svitla Systems, Inc., starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Reikartz Travel Ukraine as a Director from February 2019 to July 2022. In this role, Kristina led the project, participated in team recruitment, and developed touristic products and web applications for managing tour operator activities. Kristina also oversaw support for new features, implemented business travel arrangements, and developed brand strategy and KPI systems.

Before Reikartz Travel Ukraine, Kristina held various roles at Reikartz Hotel Group – Ukrainian National Hotel Chain. Kristina served as the Head of International travel sales and development from January 2022 to June 2022, where they explored new business opportunities, conducted negotiations with foreign partners, and promoted the hotel chain on the Ukrainian and international market. Kristina also worked as the Head of the resort department from June 2019 to January 2022, responsible for budgeting, revenue management, and brand development. Prior to that, they were the Head of Active Sales from November 2016 to October 2021, focusing on new customer acquisition, team supervision, and sales strategy development. Kristina also briefly served as a Regional Sales Manager from July 2015 to November 2016.

Kristina began their career as a Sales Executive at Premier Hotel Dnister from August 2012 to July 2015, where they conducted competitor analysis, attracted new corporate clients, and ensured sales plan execution. Kristina also worked as a Sales Executive at Reikartz Hotel Group – Ukrainian National Hotel Chain from January 2011 to August 2012, where they negotiated with international customers, prepared budgets, and created individual sales offers.

Kristina Kaguy obtained their Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Kristina attended this university from 2006 to 2011. In 2016, they briefly studied at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, focusing on Management and Leadership. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this educational experience.
