Marina Milashenko

Marina Milashenko has a diverse work experience in various roles starting from 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development Manager at JD Strategies, where they provided IT consulting, staffing, and advisory services. Marina then joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a CSM Specialist in 2014. Later that year, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Metasys Technologies, Inc., where they focused on providing business solutions through technology. From 2015 to 2016, Marina worked as a Technical Recruiter at Ultimate Workforce Solutions LLC, specializing in technology recruitment and screening candidates. In 2016, they worked as an IT Recruiter at SCIGON Solutions. Marina then joined The Sales Experts Ltd - Expert Sales Recruitment as an International Recruitment Business Partner from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Marina joined Team Work Spirit as a Sales Manager, responsible for generating leads and managing relationships with prospects. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at Svitla Systems, Inc.

Marina Milashenko obtained their Master's degree in business administration from Kharkiv University of Humanities "People's Ukrainian Academy" in the period between 2008 and 2014.
