Nadiia Andriichuk's work experience includes working as a Recruitment Researcher at Svitla Systems, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Recruiter from November 2020 to April 2021. Before entering the recruitment field, Nadiia worked as a Chief Manager at "CRYSTALBANK" from April 2018 to February 2021.

Nadiia Andriichuk attended IT Hunt School in 2020 without pursuing a specific degree or field of study. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Finances at ХАИ, starting in 2005 and graduating in 2011.
