Tracy Gong is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a strong background in leading recruitment teams and managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the China Talent Acquisition Director at 蜂巢能源科技有限公司 since August 2021, Tracy oversees a team of 20 and successfully completed a substantial recruitment plan, including the successful placement of 2,200 interns. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Concentrix, where recruitment quality and channel expansion were key achievements, and HR & Admin Manager at 赛峰集团, focusing on organizational efficiency and strategic advisory. Tracy began a career at NCS China, advancing through various HR roles.
