Diana Žukauskaite

Diana Žukauskaite is an experienced Organizational Development Specialist at UAB Švyturys - Utenos alus since January 2022, focusing on learning and development as well as employee engagement within the largest brewery in the Baltics. Prior experience includes a role in internal communication at DPDHL Group and administrative duties at Čeli APS. Diana also held significant leadership positions at AIESEC in Lithuania, including President and Vice President for Talent Management, managing national strategies for talent acquisition and member development. Earlier career experiences include customer service at Transcom, HR internships at SEB and Littelfuse, and a background in arts with formal education in musical education. Diana holds a Master's degree in Business and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
