Rodney Williams

Rodney Williams is a seasoned technician with extensive experience in operations and maintenance within the energy and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Maintenance Technician at Tidelands Health and a Maintenance Technician at S&W Ready Mix Concrete Co. LLC since August and July 2023, respectively. Rodney has dedicated over two decades to Calpine Corporation as an Operations and Maintenance Technician, overseeing a 1140 megawatt power generating facility and specializing in PLC operation and troubleshooting. Previous roles include Boiler Operator at St. Lukes Hospital and Honeywell Inc., where responsibilities included the maintenance of various boiler and chiller systems, alongside work as a Maintenance Mechanic at Allied Signal Inc. Rodney began a career with the US Navy, focusing on boiler operation and maintenance from 1985 to 1995. Rodney holds a high school diploma from Warren Hills High School in New Jersey.
