Zoe Hentschel

Zoe Hentschel has extensive experience in community development and education, currently serving as a Capital Project Officer at Swale Borough Council since March 2022, focusing on delivering levelling up funding on the Isle of Sheppey. Prior to this role, Zoe was a Community Development Officer at the same council, overseeing the distribution and reporting of the household support fund to enhance local community outcomes. Zoe also worked as an Emotional Wellbeing Participation Worker at Kent County Council, engaging with young people to improve mental health services. Earlier in their career, Zoe was a Health and Social Care lead teacher at The Robert Napier School and held teaching and support roles at The Thomas Aveling School. Zoe's management background includes experience as a Management Trainee and Supervisor at Primark. Zoe holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and a QTS in Religious Education from KMT Teacher Training.
