Yan Pritzker

Yan Pritzker has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Yan is currently the Co-Founder & CTO of Swan Bitcoin, a leading Bitcoin-only financial services company. Prior to this, they worked as a Tech Advisor at Ukraine TrustChain in 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Riot Blockchain, Inc. and as an Infrastructure Consultant at bloXroute Labs from 2018 to 2019.

Yan also has experience in leadership roles. Yan was the CTO and Director of Infrastructure at Reverb.com, where they played a pivotal role in building the tech side of the company. Under their leadership, Reverb.com became one of the top 500 most trafficked websites in the US and achieved around $400 million in sales.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Crowdcast and as the Founder and CEO of Planypus, a social life organizing platform. Yan was also the Lead Software Engineer at CohesiveFT (now Cohesive Networks) and a Senior Software Engineer at G2 Switchworks. Yan started their career as a Web Application Developer at UNext, where they developed an online university course platform and a bug/issue tracking system.

Throughout their career, Yan has demonstrated a strong technical expertise and leadership skills in various industries, including finance, technology, and e-commerce.

Yan Pritzker attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics from the University.
