Julien Mettoudi's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2004, they worked as a Sales Manager Assistant at Ingetech, where they created and updated a CRM database, prospecting clients and attending commercial meetings. Julien later joined Computer Sciences Corp. in 2005 as a Project Manager Assistant in Information Systems. In the same year, they worked at Burson-Marsteller as a Project Manager Assistant in the Corporate Communication Department, focusing on creating and implementing a worldwide communication network for Groupe Danone.
In 2007, Mettoudi joined Crédit Agricole CIB and held multiple roles. Julien started as a Junior Project Manager in Communication, implementing a collaborative work tool and stimulating a network of project managers for the worldwide deployment of a back-office information system. Later, they worked as a Project Manager in Business Systems, managing the implementation of a new information system in the Nordic countries. Julien also served as a Cash Management Client Implementation Manager, managing complex implementation projects and providing support to commercial bankers and sales teams. In their last role at Crédit Agricole CIB, Mettoudi served as a Cash Management Sales EMEA, defining and implementing marketing strategies for commercial banking products.
From 2016 to 2018, Mettoudi worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Lemon Way. Julien was responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities within the company. Following their stint at Lemon Way, they worked as a PayTech Consultant as a self-employed individual from June 2019 to November 2019. During this time, they provided consultancy services in the field of payment technology.
Most recently, Mettoudi has been the Head of Payment at Swan since December 2019.
Julien Mettoudi began their education by completing a 2-year university program dedicated to the preparation of the competitive entrance for French B.S. at Classes Preparatoires Saint-Michel de Picpus in Paris from 2001 to 2003. Julien then pursued a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organization and Information Systems, Project Management, and Knowledge Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2003 to 2007.
In 2006 to 2007, Julien furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Valley State University. Additionally, in June 2010, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Crédit Agricole CIB.
