Sarah M.

Sarah M. is a seasoned art specialist with extensive experience in fine art appraisals and auction management. Currently serving as the Head of Sale for Swann Auction Galleries' Old Master through Modern Prints and 19th & 20th Century art auctions since February 2019, Sarah also previously held roles as a specialist in prints and drawings, contemporary art, and American art, along with cataloguing responsibilities. Prior to this, Sarah operated as a freelance appraiser specializing in fine prints and worked as a content editor for EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH) and as a Senior Appraisals Coordinator at Doyle Auctions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Northwestern University. Additional education was pursued at the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and Miss Porter's School.
