Fay Yeap has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Swap Asia since June 2022. Prior to this role, Fay worked at IKEA Southeast Asia from April 2015 to June 2022, progressing through various positions including Payroll & HR Admin Manager, Payroll Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Executive, and was responsible for payroll management, timekeeping systems, HR operations, benefits administration, and HR activities. Earlier experience includes an Executive role focused on Talent Reward & Retention at See Hoy Chan Sdn. Berhad from 2011 to March 2015, handling payroll processing, benefits administration, employee engagement, and market survey benchmarking.
