Deborah Fursey

Deborah Fursey, PMP, is an experienced Customer Success Manager at Swapcard since November 2021, responsible for managing 20-30 client projects concurrently, strategizing to maximize platform features, and collaborating on product development. Prior to Swapcard, Deborah spent nearly a decade at Informa Connect, where roles included Digital Operations Manager and Operations Manager for Construction Tradeshows. Key accomplishments involved overseeing logistics for large-scale tradeshows, managing procurement and budgets, and leading teams of diverse staff. Deborah also served as an Exhibitor Coordinator, providing comprehensive support to exhibitors and sponsors. Educational qualifications include an Honours BA in Geography and Environmental Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a post-graduate diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management from Humber College.
