Joni Kuparinen

Joni Kuparinen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joni started their career at Outotec as a Reporting Specialist from May 2015 to December 2016. Joni then worked at KPMG Finland as a Data Analyst from May 2017 to September 2018. Since June 2018, Joni has been with Swappie, where they have held multiple roles. Joni started as responsible for Supply, Finance, Pricing, Analytics, and Operations until November 2019. From November 2019 to October 2020, they served as the General Manager, leading a team of over 700 people and achieving significant revenue growth. Currently, Joni holds the position of Vice President/Principal, Analytics at Swappie, where they are involved in various strategic and analytical responsibilities.

Joni Kuparinen attended Aalto University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Technology. Joni then pursued their education at Aalto University again from 2016 to 2021, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information and Service Management. In 2017, Joni also briefly studied at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, focusing on minor studies in International Business & Management. Additionally, in April 2018, they obtained certification as a SAFe 4 Certified Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
