Tyler Ives

Tyler Ives has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Product and Operations at Swarm Aero. Prior to this, they co-founded Autonomous Deployment Systems (ADS) in 2018, aiming to reduce the cost and friction of deploying UAV swarms. As the President of Emergent VT since 2014, Tyler helps optometry clinics reach their potential through superior clinical equipment, training, and consulting. In 2014, they also took on the role of Head of Business Intelligence at Shoobx, Inc., where they modernized corporate activities for startups. Before that, Tyler founded SkyCraft Airplanes in 2012 to make recreational flying more affordable. Tyler served as President of the company until 2014. Tyler also worked as a Special Projects Consultant at Blendtec from 2013 to 2014, focusing on financial and production modeling for new international business units.
