Christina Perkmann has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Innsbrucker Kommunalbetriebe AG in 2013. Christina then joined SWAROVSKI as a Junior Product Manager and Retail Buyer for their start-up Cadenzza, where they focused on product launch management and executed purchase strategies. Christina later became a Product Manager, overseeing the product portfolio, strategy, and development for two top-selling product groups. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager, responsible for operational excellence and network strategy. Christina briefly worked at INVERTO, a BCG Company, as a Senior Consultant before returning to SWAROVSKI as a Senior Product Manager and eventually advancing to Team Lead for Product Management.

Christina Perkmann has a diverse education history that includes a range of business and international studies. In 2024, they attended Harvard Business School to obtain a Credential of Leadership, Impact, and Management in Business. In 2015, they studied International Business in China, Shanghai at Fudan University. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in International Business at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®. Prior to that, they acquired a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management and Law from the same institution from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, Christina participated in an English taught program at EDHEC Business School. Before their university education, they completed an International Business Course at West-Kent College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained OCR Certifications and Cambridge ESOL Certificates. Finally, they completed their A-Levels at Handelsakademie Hall in Tirol from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Developing Emerging Leaders from INSEAD.
