Shikha Mehta

Shikha Mehta currently serves as Vice President Supply Chain for the Americas and Swarovski Created Diamonds at SWAROVSKI, and also holds the position of Strategic Advisor at ExperienceFlow.AI. With over a decade at Philips, Shikha was the Global Head of Supply Chain AI Analytics, Strategy & Performance Management, leading AI initiatives and end-to-end supply chain strategies. Earlier roles at Philips included leadership in customer fulfillment, material management for medical devices, and commodity strategy, demonstrating a strong aptitude for managing supplier relationships and driving operational efficiency. Prior experience at Nortel involved significant contributions to supplier management and business transformation initiatives. Shikha Mehta holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an Executive Leadership degree from Yale School of Management.
