Harshit Rungta serves as the Chief Product Officer at Swastika Investmart Limited, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Tech team to develop products that aid both customers and internal teams, while ensuring effective requirement gathering and process coordination. Previously, Harshit held roles including Sr. Manager - Product, where improvements in product design and documentation occurred, and Manager - Business Strategy, focusing on the introduction and delivery of KPIs for the marketing team. As Head of Mutual Funds, team restructuring and enhanced software management led to significant sales growth, exemplified by a national milestone in SIP registrations. Harshit co-founded BazaarMaster and held various positions at Snapdeal, including Assistant Manager, leading a team in business analysis and operational efficiency. Harshit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
