Kristina Beggs has over 10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry recruiting and sourcing. Kristina currently works as a Talent Acquisition Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where they partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop sourcing plans and provide advanced sourcing techniques. Kristina is known for building strong relationships and trust with leaders, creating talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality customer service to candidates.

Prior to their current role, Kristina worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SWCA Environmental Consultants and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at AECOM. In these positions, they were responsible for the overall recruitment process, including creating requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing offer letters. Kristina strategically sourced highly qualified individuals in various industries, such as transportation, oil & gas, and engineering & construction.

Before transitioning into the recruiting field, Kristina held sales and management roles in the hospitality industry. Kristina worked as a Senior Catering Sales Manager at Hotel ZaZa, where they grew the customer base, managed events from start to finish, and achieved consistent growth in sales. Prior to that, they were a Catering and Restaurant Sales Manager at Alden-Houston Hotel, and an Event Coordinator at Royal Oaks Country Club.
