Oliver Pahl

Oliver Pahl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Oliver is currently working as the Lead Environmental Scientist - Economics at SWCA Environmental Consultants since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cardno from 2010 to 2023 in multiple roles including Economist/Socioeconomic Analyst, Senior Staff Economist, and Staff Economist. Before Cardno, Oliver worked as a Planner at Umatilla County from November 2009 to May 2010. Oliver also gained experience as a Landman at Cimmaron Field Services, Inc. from March 2008 to November 2008. Earlier in their career, Oliver worked at Union Pacific Railroad as the Manager of Yard Operations from May 2006 to March 2008 and as a Conductor from May 2004 to May 2006.
