Scott Miller, P.E. has a diverse work experience. Scott is currently working as an Associate Project Restoration Engineer at SWCA Environmental Consultants since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Kimley-Horn as a Civil Engineering Analyst from June 2017 to May 2022.

In 2017, Scott also gained experience as an Intern at WK Dickson & Co., Inc., where they were involved in airport site design and layout as well as civil 3D work.

Before that, Scott worked as a Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina-Columbia from September 2016 to January 2017, conducting geotechnical research on soil conditions related to dam failures.

Scott Miller, P.E. completed their primary education at Adlai E Stevenson High School from 2009 to 2013. Scott then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in 2015, Scott also attended the University of Newcastle for a semester as part of their civil engineering studies.
