Brit Padjus

Brit Padjus has extensive work experience, primarily with Swedbank Estonia. Brit joined Swedbank Estonia in 2005 as a Head Specialist-Analyst at the Estonian Agricultural Registers and Information Board. In 2007, they moved to Swedbank Estonia and worked as a Portfolio Analyst & Data Steward, focusing on credit portfolio analysis and provision calculations. From 2013 to 2022, they held various roles at Swedbank Estonia, including Client Executive in the Large Corporates' department, where they managed loan projects and client relationships primarily in the agriculture sector. Additionally, they served as the Head of the South Region SME Department and Agriculture Sector Head. Overall, Brit Padjus has a strong background in finance, specializing in credit analysis and management within the agriculture sector.

Brit Padjus obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Tartu, completing studies from 2002 to 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2008, Brit pursued a Master's degree in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, also at the University of Tartu. Prior to entering university, Brit attended Tõrva Gymnasium, although the exact dates of attendance are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Brit Padjus obtained a certification in Leadership Skills for The Future from LinkedIn in October 2022.
