Jaanika Aguraiuja

Jaanika Aguraiuja's work experience includes roles in various companies. Jaanika worked at Swedbank Estonia from December 2014, starting as a Customer Advisor and progressing to roles such as Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, AML Investigations Senior Specialist, Compliance Officer, and currently as the Head of Financial Crime Reporting and Intelligence/MLRO. Prior to that, they served as an Activities Coordinator at Destiny Support ICI from January 2014 to June 2014. Jaanika also worked as a Project Volunteer at Volunteer Centre Slough from October 2012 to June 2014. Earlier in their career, they held a role as a Court Interpreter at Access Translations from January 2010 to January 2012. Jaanika also had an extensive tenure at Strencom from September 2007 to January 2012, where they worked as a Customer Implementation Manager. Jaanika'sfirst notable role was as a Team Member to Store Manager at Costa Coffee from May 2005 to September 2007.

From 1988 to 1997, Jaanika attended Lagedi Primary School (Lagedi Põhikool).

From 1998 to 2001, Jaanika attended Tallinn Old Town Adult School - High School (Tallinna Vanalinna Täiskasvanute Gümnaasiumi).

In 2003, Jaanika enrolled in Tallinn University of Technology (Logistics) - University (Tallinna Tehnikaülikool), where they studied logistics. It is unclear if they completed a degree at this institution.

In 2021, Jaanika began studying at The Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. It is unknown if they have completed their degree or is still pursuing it.

Jaanika has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they obtained the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) certification from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations Course. In 2012, they obtained certification in Adult Safeguarding, but the institution is unknown. In 2013, they obtained the Aviation and Logistics certification from Heathrow Academy and the Enhanced Certificate (CRB) from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
