Tobias Cottmann

Tobias Cottmann has over 25 years of experience in various roles within communication and public affairs. Currently, they are the Head of R&D Communication & Change at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ), a biopharmaceutical company. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global Communication, Public Affairs & Sustainability at LEO Pharma, where they played a key role in re-positioning the company and building an international team. Tobias also held positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Nycomed, Altana Pharma, and Pleon KohtesKlewes PR agency. Throughout their career, Cottmann has demonstrated expertise in reputation management, branding, and stakeholder engagement.

Tobias Cottmann obtained a Phsik-Vordiplom in Physics from TU Dortmund University from 1990 to 1992. Tobias then attended the University of Hamburg, where they earned a Diplom-Physiker (MSc) degree in Physics with a thesis in molecular neurobiology from 1992 to 1996.
