Kristoff De Winne

Kristoff De Winne has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. From 2005 to 2012, they were the Head of Airport Development and Regulation at The Brussels Airport Company. From 2012 to 2017, they served as the Acquisition & Development Director, Manager Corporate Office, and Strategic Projects, Marketing and Communication at Matexi, Belgium's leading real estate developer. Since 2014, they have held Non Executive Director positions at several companies, including Vitare NV, IMMOZO, vzw Vicinia asbl, Federatie van Ontwikkelaars-Woningbouwers/ Fédération des Développeurs-Constructeurs de Logements, UPSI-BVS, hoplr, and LetsBuild. In 2020, they also joined SweepBright as a Non Executive Director.

Kristoff De Winne's education history includes a Master's degree in Sciences, Chemistry from Ghent University from 1993 to 1998, a Master's degree in Complementary Studies in Management from the University of Antwerp from 1998 to 1999, an MBA in General Management from Vlerick Business School from 1999 to 2000, and a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University Antwerp Management School from 2005 to 2007.
