John Crabtree IV possesses extensive experience in retail management, primarily with Walgreens since June 2003. Currently serving as District Hiring Lead, John collaborates with the District Manager on hiring for various positions, including emerging store managers and pharmacy roles, while also assisting individual stores in the district with their hiring needs. Previous roles include Certified Store Manager, where John oversaw profit and loss and developed store leaders, and Executive Assistant Manager, which involved supporting daily operations and personnel management. Additionally, John gained foundational experience as a Management Trainee and through a Business Management Internship. Outside of Walgreens, John has been involved with Sweet Martha's Cookie Jar as a Cookie Distributor and served as Head Umpire and Coordinator for the Highland Groveland Recreation Association until January 2020. John holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Central University.
