Harendran Harry Sathanandan

Harendran Harry Sathanandan has a diverse work experience in various roles related to document control and project management. Harendran Harry started their career as a Project Controller and Client Change Officer at Mott MacDonald in 2013, where they also served as a Document Control Manager for the Simandou Project in Guinea West Africa. Harendran Harry then worked as a Senior Information & Document Controller at Amec Foster Wheeler for the Rio Tinto Simandou Project in Guinea.

In 2016, Sathanandan joined Unique Project Solutions as a Projects and Information Management Consultant. Harendran Harry later worked at companies such as McLaren Construction Group PLC, Skanska, Galliford Try plc, and ISG plc, where they held roles as a Document Control Specialist and Document Controller.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Berkeley Group Plc as a Lead Document Controller. Harendran Harry then moved to Sweet Projects, where they held multiple roles including Document Controller, Head of Operations, and currently serves as the Governance & Compliance Director.

Harendran Harry Sathanandan completed an MSC in Psychology at the University of Birmingham from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of West London from 1996 to 1998. Harendran Harry also holds a BA Honours in Criminal Justice from the University of West London, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various qualifications such as APM Associate, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training, and others from institutions like LinkedIn and APMG International.
