Rick Kirkpatrick has extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the food industry. Rick started their career at Campbell Soup Company in 1984, where they served as a Region Manager for six years. Rick then joined Sara Lee Corporation as a Regional Manager, before moving on to Mars in 1992 as a Marketing Director. From 1999 onwards, Rick worked at Sweet Street Desserts as the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Rick Kirkpatrick obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Rick then pursued further education and completed an MBA in Business at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business from 1990 to 1992.
