Donasia Gray

Fellow In Residence at Sweet Water Foundation

Danasia Gray has a diverse background in community engagement, education, and social justice. Currently serving as a Fellow in Residence at Sweet Water Foundation, Donasia participates in Regenerative Neighborhood Development initiatives aimed at healing and nurturing diverse communities in Chicago. Previous roles include Campus Tour Guide and Recruitment Coordinator at Yale University's Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and Head of College Aide at Saybrook College. Donasia has also held positions such as Advisory Board Intern at Dixwell Community Q House, Summer Urban Ecology Global Fellow at Sweet Water Foundation, and Co-Head Counselor for the Yale Cultural Connections Pre-orientation Program. Additional experience includes work with the Yale Sustainable Food Program, Hopkins School's Office of Equity & Community, and the Yale Undergraduate Prison Project. Donasia earned a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from Yale University and holds a High School Diploma from Hopkins School.
