Sarah Cavalier is an accomplished sales and catering professional with extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Catering at Sweetfin, Sarah previously held the same title at Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market, where oversight of sales generation, training, hiring, and catering operations for 44 restaurants was achieved. Sarah's initiatives led to the opening of 29 restaurants and the successful development of diverse catering menus, contributing to over $84 million in catering revenue.
