Hahn Lin

Hahn Lin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at Sweetwater Private Equity since 2019, Hahn focuses on secondaries investing in growth and small buyout stage assets, managing transactions that include direct secondaries, fund restructures, and GP-led initiatives. Prior to this, Hahn was a Vice President responsible for a fully deployed $350M Fund II. Hahn operated as an Investor and Consultant from 2017 to 2019 and held the position of Assistant Vice President at BrightSphere Investment Group from 2014 to 2017, overseeing portfolio management and investments for a public holding company with $200B AUM. Experience also includes a role as Associate at Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, LLC, where engagements involved consumer private equity investing, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Macquarie Group, providing M&A advisory and financing services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
