Jr-Tai Chen

Jr-Tai Chen has extensive experience in the field of semiconductor technology, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at SweGaN AB since January 2014. Prior to this role, Jr-Tai Chen was a Postdoctoral Researcher and Ph.D. student at Linköping University from February 2009 to June 2018, focusing on the growth of advanced GaN-based high electron mobility transistor structures. Additional experience includes a research assistant position at the Center for Condensed Matter Sciences, National Taiwan University, and a master student role at the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences, Academia Sinica. Jr-Tai Chen holds a Master of Science in Electro-Optical Engineering from Tatung University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, along with ongoing Ph.D. studies at Linköping University.
