Sofia Rudbeck

Sofia Rudbeck has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sofia currently holds the position of VP Marketing and New Business at Swegon Group, where they focus on developing new business models and indoor climate-tech solutions to reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability. Sofia is also a Board Member at Hultafors Group and has previously worked as Venture Management - Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Vargas Holding, SVP Marketing and Sales / Chief Commercial Officer at Bonava, and Head of Sales and Marketing at NCC Housing. Sofia has also held leadership roles at Fagerhult and Electrolux, as well as working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Throughout their career, Sofia has demonstrated a strong focus on driving business growth, building impactful ventures, and promoting sustainable urban development.

Sofia Rudbeck attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Chemical Engineering with a focus on Food technology.
