David Vermeulen

David Vermeulen is the Senior Vice President of Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy at FlexCare Infusion Centers, a role held since July 2024. David serves as an Advisory Board Member for Swenson Pharmacy Advisors and as an advisor for Pyrls, with both positions starting in November 2023 and March 2021, respectively. Previously, David was a Board Member of the National Home Infusion Association and held the positions of Assistant Chief Pharmacy Officer - Home Infusion and Home Infusion Manager at UC Davis Health from August 2020 to July 2024. David's earlier experience includes a Pharmacy Administration Residency at Fairview Health Services and a Teaching Assistant role at UC Davis Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering. David earned a Master of Science in Social and Administrative Pharmacy and a Doctor of Pharmacy with a Leadership Emphasis from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
