Benjamin Croff

Benjamin Croff is a skilled manufacturing engineer currently employed at SWEP since August 2022. With a diverse background in engineering and management, Benjamin has held various positions at Webco Industries from January 2013 to March 2022, including process engineer, industrial engineer, general business manager for weld mills, and production engineer. Prior experience includes an engineering internship at Michelin in 2012 and a field manager/operator role at San Diego Concrete Cutting Company from 1996 to 2010. Benjamin holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and possesses a Commercial Class A Licensure and a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
