Olof Jepson

Olof Jepson, with extensive experience in sales and business development, has served at SWEP since 2007, holding positions such as Sales Director for Business Unit EMEA and Sales Director for EMEA North, where responsibilities included strategy development and market execution across Nordic, DACH, UK, and Benelux regions. Prior roles include Sales Director for Global Accounts, overseeing global customer relationships and cross-functional team strategies in various regions, and Strategic Key Account Manager, focusing on long-term profitable partnerships. Olof also has experience as Business Engineer Manager, leading a global team of Business Engineers, and held the position of Lean Champion at NOTE Lund. Olof holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund University.
